Caps Sour Sugar Land 4-1


    The final tune-up series before the playoffs begin started without a hitch as Topeka led the whole way towards a 4-1 victory over Sugar Land.


    Jayden Munnelly started this one off at 8:50 in the first with a goal assisted by Spencer Sabourin. Kole Hudson followed that up with the eventual game winner about eight minutes later and the Caps led 2-0 after one.


    Alex Tilman narrowed the gap for Sugar Land with at goal at 6:05 in the second, but that was as close as they would get. Dante Juris restored the two-goal edge for Topeka at 11:47 and Connor Nicholas topped it off in the third to seal
