Horton Commits to University of Michigan Flint

Atlanta Capitals Defenseman Hatcher Horton has committed to play hockey for the University of Michigan Flint ACHA.  Horton, the twenty year old from Cresson, TX.  Has appeared in 34 games for the Caps this season with 9 goals and 16 assists.  “Hatcher has been a solid guy for us back on the blueline this season and was a great addition to our program.  He sees the ice well and knows when to jump into the play.” Stated Capitals Head Coach Jeff Pyle

The Capitals have already began their rebuilding process for the 2026-2027 season with several players from this years teams looking forward to being a part of the program.  Head Coach Jeff Pyle is well under way in his staffs recruiting process with a few tenders to be announced over the next week.  The team will finish up the regular season this coming weekend as they host the Pelham Prowlers At the Atlanta Ice Forum this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM EST and Sunday at 1:00 PM EST.  If you can’t make it out to this weekends final 2025-2026 games, be sure to catch all the action live as always on NAHLTV.com
