Tender signing Tuesdays takes us all the way to the west coast this week. Evan Camba from Orange County, California who played last season for the Anaheim Jr. Ducks AAA team in the NAPHL.
Camba had a very successful season playing for his local AAA team, he compiled 12 goals, 15 assist for 27 points in just 24 games. He was also named to the NAPHL U18 all-star team. While playing AAA hockey he simultaneously competed for his High School hockey team, the Villa Park Spartans. He helped lead them to their first Ducks High School Hockey League Division 2 state title and was named Orange County Southern California player of the year.
After such a successful career so far at the age of 18, he is looking to make his mark with the Capitals and reach his college aspirations." I am just excited to continue my development in such a great community. The facilities look amazing and looking forward to be part of a community that has been craving for hockey to come back to the area" said Camba.
