Throwback Thursday

Jul 15, 2015

We are back at it again this week for our "Throw Back Thursday" edition, bringing you Hank Roers.

Roers hails from Bloomington, Minnesota and played last season for the Capitals in Topeka. He totaled a team high 24 goals and finished with 41 points in just 47 games and was also was named to the NA3HL South Division Top Prospects Team.

Head Coach Anthony Bohn's take on Roers and what he brings to a team: "Hank is a special player and person and I think a major part of that is his family upbringing as he comes from a great family. He competes everyday and he's not afraid to get to the dirty areas which makes his success rate for scoring goals high. He has a great College Hockey career ahead of him."

FUN FACT: Hank's younger brother Jacob has also signed a Tender Agreement with your Capitals for this season. Stay tuned for next weeks "Tender Tuesday".
